The Uppsala Protocol

On October 2, 2003, Kjell Aleklett, Professor in Physics at Uppsala University, Sweden, told CNN reporter Graham Jones ( CNN ):

"The decline of oil and gas will affect the world population more than climate change."

We have a protocol for the climate, the Kyoto Protocol, and we now need a protocol for Peak Oil and the coming depletion of oil around the world. When Colin Campbell visited Uppsala a first attempt was made, the Uppsala Protocol. This can be a starting point for the final Depletion Protocol.
